Porridge in the morning

Most people care about healthy food only in case they already have problems with their health or problems with an abnormal weight. Though, it is better to prevent this problem then to deal with it and it is not that hard. You have to care about healthy food and healthy nutrition. I believe there is no such a person who doesn’t know that people need three food intakes during a day. Though, not all people know that breakfast is the main and the most important food intake among those three. People have to care about breakfast because it is food that makes your health, from the point of view of nutrition. So, porridge is the best choice for people n the morning. You need butter in that porridge. Butter will cover your stomach with some kind of defensive covering and will prevent your stomach to be damages because of gastric juice. There is no way for people to refuse their breakfast or to have those like a cup of tea or coffee. In case they eat porridge for breakfast every day they will have no problems with their stomachs and their weight also
